ZQM1 Molded case circuit breaker

• ZQM1 series plastic case circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is one of the new circuit breakers developed by our company with international advanced design and manufacturing technology.
• The rated insulation voltage of 800V is suitable for infrequent switching and infrequent motor starting in circuits with AC 50Hz(60Hz) rated working voltage 690V and below (DC 250V and below) rated working current 10A to 1600A.
• The circuit breaker is equipped with overload, short circuit and undervoltage protection devices to protect lines and power equipment from damage.
• Comply with IEC60947-2GB/T 14048.2

Note:

• Divide according to the shelf frame level: Inm=63,Inm=125,Inm=250,Inm=400, Inm=630, Inm=800,lnm=125, Inm=1600;
• According to the rated breaking capacity: L standard type (35kA),M high breaking type (65kA) and H high breaking type (125kA);
• According to the operation mode: there is no code fordirect operation of the handle ; P means electric operation;Z means rotary handle operation;
• Optional rated current:
ZQM1-63 is 10、16、20、25、32、40、50、63;
ZQM1-125 is 16、20、25、32、40、50、63、80、100、125;
ZQM1-250 is 100、125、140、160、180、200、225、250;

• Optional code according to the number of poles: one pole, two poles, three poles and four poles.Optional code of tripping mode and internal accessories: the first digit indicates the tripping mode;
The last two digits indicate the internal accessory code, 2 indicates electromagnetic tripping (instantaneous), and 3 indicates multiple tripping (thermal+electromagnetic);
• Optional codes for different purposes: no code for power distribution, 2 for motor protection.
• Optional code of quadrupole products
Type A: the N- pole is not equipped with overcurrent tripping element, and N-pole is always connected, and it is not closed or opened with other three poles;
Type b: N-pole is not equipped with overcurrent tripping element, and N-pole is closed and opened together with other three poles;
Type c: N-pole is installed with overcurrent tripping element, and N-pole is closed and opened together with other three poles;
Type d: N-pole is installed with overcurrent tripping element and N- pole is always connected not closed and opened together other three poles.
• According to the wiring mode, it can be divided into front panel wiring, rear panel wiring,plug-in rear panel wiring and plug-in front panel wiring.
• Other accessories are mechanical interlocking (mechanical interlocking between two circuit breakers).

 

Applicable working environment and installation conditions

• The altitude of the installation site is 2000m and below;
• The temperature of surrounding medium shall not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than-5℃; and the 24-hour average value shall not exceed 35°C(except for special orders);
• The relative humidity of the air at the installation place shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C; There can be a higher relative humidity at a lower temperature. The average maximum temperature of the wettest month shall not exceed+25℃ , and the average maximum relative humidity of the month shall not exceed 90%.The condensation on the product surface caused due to temperature change shall be considered.
• The pollution level is 3;
• Protection grade: IP20;
• The installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker is l.and the install category of the auxiliary circuitand control circuit not connected to the main circuit is Ⅱ;
• In the place where there is no explosion medium and there is no gas and conductive dust that can corrode metaland damage insulation;
