• This type of controller is applicable to the environment of three-phase four-wire auxiliary power supply. lts rated insulation voltage is 800V, which is suitable for infrequent conversion and infrequent motor starting in circuits with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage up to 690V and rated current up to 1250A.The circuit breaker has overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, phase loss protection, overload long delay inverse time limit, short circuit short delay inverse time limit, shortcircuit short delay definite time limit, short circuit instantaneous and undervoltage protection, and leakage tripping protection functions,which can protect the line and power equipment from damage.
• The product complies with the following standards: GB 14048.2,DL/T2018 Molded Case Circuit Breaker Communication Protocol
• It passed the acceptance test of Jiangsu Electric Power Research Institute of the State Grid.
• It passed the communication test consistency test of the protocol laboratory of Jiangsu Electric Power Research Institute of China.

Protection function:

• With overvoltage, undervoltage and phase loss protection functions;Electronic overload,short circuitshort time delay, instantaneous protection and leakage tripping protection functions; And powerfailure tripping function.

Display function:

• 12864 dot matrix LCD display, friendly Chinese human-computer interface.
• Under the closing state, the current three-phase voltage, three-phase current, residual current, currenttime and rated current parameters will be displayed automatically.
• In the opening state,the current trip information is frozen and displayed.

Setting and query functions:

• Enable, alarm and disable the overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, overload, residual current, open circuit delay and instantaneous protection functions by pressing the key.The above functions can also be set through communication.
• Key can be used to set the main parameters such as overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, residual current, rated current, short circuit short delay multiple, short circuit short delay time, short circuit instantaneous multiple, real-time clock and user password.
• You can query, trip records, trip times, and many other parameters by pressing keys.

Control function:

• lt can be controlled through remote reservation opening, closing and self-inspection, as well as reservation cancellation.
• The synchronous opening function of the circuit breaker can be realized through the external opening interface.

Monitoring and recording function:

• Record the three-phase voltage, the three-phase current daily maximum value and time scale, and minimum value and time scale in the last 30 days, with 12 records in total.
• Record nearly 10 times of circuit breaker action events, gate status change events, circuit breaker alarm events, high-voltage side power failure events, and function on/off events
• Accumulate the number of protection trips and record the number of different fault trips.

Auxiliary functions:

• The RS485 communication function fully complies with the protocol requirements of the version of Communication Protocol for Molded Case Circuit Breakers (without leakage) issued by Jiangsu Province in 2018, as well as the requirements of the General Technical Specification for Molded Case Circuit Breakers and the Special Technical Specification for Molded Case Circuit Breakers issued by Jiangsu Province in 2018.
• Highlight LCD screen and four buttons to realize field operations such as function setting, parameter setting, gate position information query, trip times query, factory maintenance, etc. The remote upgrade function is realized through RS485 communication port. The upgrade mode meets the requirements of communication protocol of molded case circuit breaker of Jiangsu Electric Power Company.
