• ZQM1E series intelligent plastic case circuit breaker is one of the new circuit breakers designed, developed and manufactured by our company with international advanced technology.The rated isolation voltage is 800V,which is suitable for infrequent switching and infrequent starting of motors in circuits with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 400V and rated working current of 800A.
• The circuit breaker has the functions of overload long time-delay inverse time, short circuit short time-delay inverse time, short circuit short time-delay definite time, short circuit instantaneousand undervoltage protection, which can protect lines and power equipment from damage.Theproduct has complete accessories.
• Conforming standards: IEC60947-2,GB/T 14048.2.

• According to the operation mode: there is no code for direct operation of the handle; Pmeans electric operation; Z means rotary handle operation;

• Optional codes according to the numberof poles: 2 represents two poles, 3 represents three poles and 4 represents four poles.
• Optional codes for tripping mode and internal accessories: the first digit represents the tripping mode, the last two digits represent the internal accessories code, 2 represents electromagnetic tripping (instantaneous), and 3 represents multiple tripping (thermal + electromagnetic);
• Optional codes for different purposes: no code for power distribution, 2 for motor protection;
• Optional code of quadrupole products:
Type A: the N-pole is not equipped with overcurrent tripping element, and the N-pole is always connected, and it is not closed or opened with other three poles;
Type B: the N-pole is not equipped with overcurrent tripping element, and the N- pole is opened and closed with other three poles;
Type C: the N- pole is equipped with overcurrent tripping element, and the N-pole is opened and closed with other three poles;
Type D: the N-pole is equipped with overcurrent tripping element, and the N-pole is always connected , and it is not opened or closed with other three poles.
• According to the wiring mode, it can be divided into front panel wiring, rear panel wiring, plug-in rear panel wiring and plug-in front panel wiring.
• Other accessories are mechanical interlocking (mechanical interlocking between two circuit breakers).

Main performance characteristics

• ZQM1E series intelligent plastic case circuit breakers have three-section protection functions and the circuit breaker with category B is fully selectively with other circuit breakers protection devices connected in the same circuit under short circuit conditions;
• There are five tripping characteristics : users can set and adjust the release according to the load current requirements;
• The electronic release is powered by the circuit breakeritself, and the current signal and control power are from the ring current transformer installed in the circuit breaker;
With early warning indication: when the load current exceeds the preset current, the LED on the breaker cover indicates yllow;
• Overload indication:When the load current exceeds the setting current, the LED on the breaker cover indicates red;
lt has the function of overload non tripping only alarm for fire protection.When the load current is overloaded, the circuit breaker will not trip, and a passive contact signal will be output to drive the corresponding alarm device;
• Meet the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of IEC60947 Appendix F;
• The overall dimensions are the same as those of ZQM1 series molded case circuit breakers, and the installation is interchangeable.
