Product overview

• ZQM1l series plastic case circuit breaker with residual current protection (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is one of the new circuit breakers developed by our factory with international advanced design and manufacturing technology.
• The rated insulation voltage is 8ooV, which is suitable for infrequent switching and infrequent motorstarting in circuits with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 400V and rated working current of 16A to 800A.
• The circuit breaker has overload, short circuit and under voltage protection functions, which can protect lines and power equipment from damage.
• At the same time, it can also provide protection against fire hazards caused by long-term grounding faults that cannot be detected by overcurrent protection.
• Conforming standards:IEC60947-2,GB/T 14048.2.

• Optional code of pole number: 3 indicates three poles and 4 indicates four poles;
• Optional codes for tripping mode and accessory code:2 represents electromagnetic tripping (i.e. instantaneous), 3 represents multiple tripping (thermal+electromagnetic), (the last two digits ” oo” represents the code of six accessories: see the attachment table fordetails);
• Optional codes for different purposes: no code for power distribution protection, 2 for motor protection
• Indicates the optional code for N-pole structure of four-pole circuit breaker:
Type A N-pole is not equipped with overcurrent tripping element, and the N-pole is always connected, and is not closed or opened with other three poles;
Type B N-pole is not equipped with overcurrent tripping element, and the N- pole is closed and opened with other three poles;
• Optional code for leakage alarm module mode:l indicates leakage alarm module sends leakage signal and the circuit breaker trips,ll indicates leakage alarm module sends leakage signal but the circuitbreaker does not trip.
• Optional code for delay function of residual action current protection:W – indicates no delay, i.e.no delay function, Y – indicates delay function, and △t has 0.1s, 0.5s and is adjustable;

• Rated residual operating current the residual current value of ZQM1L-125,250 and 400 shels is constant, and the regulation is divided into three grades:100mA,300mA and 500mA, which can be adjusted.ZQM1L-630, 800 shell frame, the residual current value is generally 300mA, 500mA and 1250mA, which can be adjusted in three gears.
